SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.

Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on FedEx and USPS sites.

 

What are your delivery options?
 

All smaller packages are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Services.) Bigger packages will be shipped through FedEx.

 

How do I return an item?

 

If you're not completely happy with your thegoodco.com purchase, you can ship it back to us for free! Please note, The Good Co. reserves the right to refuse returns. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described or is not what you ordered, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip and send back original item in 14 days or you will be charged for it.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

If you have an issue with collection or delivery the courier may be able to help. We recommend only contacting the courier if you have placed a booked and received a tracking number.

We use two main couriers with The Good Co., USPS and FedEx. We may also use other couriers on some routes however your tracking will state this.

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

At this time we do not provide international delivery. We will however keep you updated.

 

What is your returns policy?

 
We are unable to accept merchandise that has been used. Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return.

Are your products vegan?

 
We are not vegan, but we are plant-based as a few of our products contain honey. We only use products that are certified as reputably sourced and 100% sustainable.
